▍ ❝   NO GODMODDING.
While this is the most popular and most self explanatory rule, I feel like it needs to be said. I control my character and you control yours. I think it is particularly important overall, but where this game is concerned, we all know the main storyline--but our choices matter there, and they should matter here. Nothing will be the same. Not all 'Tav's' are the same either, and not all versions of the canon characters like Lae'zel or Gale or Astarion are the same. You are all lovely, and you all bring something different to the narrative with your portrayals. Lets not make assumptions, and instead come together and actually create something collaboratively. It's a group effort to make this place a nice place to exist and to interact, and that means cooperating.▍ ❝   21+ INTERACTIONS.
This one is also pretty self explanatory, but this is a very mature game/universe, and I'm an older mun, and I would just prefer to be getting to explore all these mature themes with older people. There will be blood, and gore, and violence, and sexual content, and swearing, and some dark themes here, and I'm not responsible for you guys being somewhere you shouldn't be. NO MINORS PLEASE. That said, if smut does end up present, I will always put it under a 'read more' to respect my mutuals that don't want to read it. I've been doing that for a long time, and I don't really feel like changing it, because I want to respect people that aren't really smut friendly, and/or that are uncomfortable with it. I can also fade to black depending on partners, just know I'm open to it.▍ ❝   SHIP FRIENDLY.
I've seen it going around some blogs that we are once again shaming people for shipping and for writing smut, but we will not at all be doing that here. Not only am I highly against the act of shaming people for writing what they want to write, but Shipping and Smut are both very welcome here and in light of that I will be doing both on this blog every once in a while. Because of that also, it's important that I mention that I do not practice exclusivity with characters or partners. I never have, and I never will, but I do practice mains. I think that everyone has their own approach to their characters, and we're all here to write first and foremost. This should be fun, it shouldn't be stressful, and I will give everyone the same attention as much as possible. All that said I LOVE platonic ships as well, this rule is mainly because I am too old to see all this ship shaming about.

▍ ❝   FLEXIBLE.
I figured that this should be here because it's piggy-backing off the shipping part of the last rule. I've seen other people make a note of what character's they've romanced, and I agree it should be mentioned that Eve's romance in the game =/= her romance in RP automatically. It's no shock that Gale is my favorite (he has been since Early Access for me and I'm very transparent about it), and I do have more than one run with Eve at the moment where I'm trying out other options for her, but I will never force anyone into everything. I go into every interaction platonically initially unless it's discussed beforehand, or it naturally gets there, or we shake it up with a meme. I really do, again, try to give the exact same amount of attention to everyone, as I have two or three different mains for each character at this point. Even though I practice mains, for me that's just a special way of knowing who is okay with me just throwing random things at them and talking to them OOC. I'm still focusing on threads with people who aren't mains, please know that. I really just want to write with you guys, ships or not, and so at the end of day it is once again just all about respect and communication.▍ ❝   DARK THEMES PRESENT.
I absolutely love dark themes and because of that, I will be exploring them on this blog in a lot of ways, though it will be within my own guidelines. While I am more than okay with death, and violence, and descriptive gore and fighting and all of that (I put that stuff in almost all my novels), I do stay away from incest and rape. If it's mentioned past tense in a thread that's a gray area--especially if a character is working through trauma, for example--but I'll never actually RP it out EVER. Never be afraid to come to me with dark thread ideas though! I do, on this subject, interact with a couple of blogs that do write those themes in other threads with other partners, because I just use my blacklist and the Tumblr filter to hide that stuff from me so I don't see it, and they have never crossed my boundaries on it. I don't have a problem with other people writing it when I'm not involved in it, as I understand that the lines of fiction can be blurry and just because you write that stuff, does not automatically equal that you are a bad person. Not everyone shares this sentiment, however, so feel free to block me if you need to, to potentially keep other people off of your dashes. At the end of the day, the most important thing is to make sure that everyone feels safe.

▍ ❝   I AM SLOW.
I have a full time job (I also work 6 days a week) and some health issues like iron deficiency, muscle damage from covid, cyclic vomiting and supraventricular tachychardia, so I can end up away for up to a week at a time. I have a discord if you would like to chat ooc, and I do try to make everyone aware of when I'm having episodes, but it's worth mentioning that I can't always just tell you what's up. I set up queues when I'm not feeling great, and I do try to communicate and tag as much as I can! I really do want to write with you all, I just can't always! I'm more likely to be around on Sundays (my day off), but a lot of times also Saturday afternoon when that shift is over, and some mornings before work during the week if I'm feeling up to it or particularly inspired.▍ ❝   LIVE FC AVAILABLE.
I know that some people prefer to interact with live action FC's over game/cartoon ones, so I do have a live action FC that can be requested. I have been editing screencaps of Eleanor Tomlinson constantly, and I have icons and the like of her in a fantasy and a modern setting for all of our RP needs. Eleanor is actually the perfect Eve, so I'm glad I found her. Just wanted to put this out there so that no one feels like they're limited with interactions with me. I've been doing this RP dance since 2008, so I'm not at all lost on needing to have options.▍ ❝   NOT SPOILER FREE.

It was because of her compassion that she was blessed with her now chaotic magic, that took her from her original path. She has always wanted to make the world a better place, she just gets distrated...space❝ - NEGATIVE ATTRIBUTES : While a kind and nurturing person, Eve has also always craved power. She is opinionated, rackless, and once she had a hold of her wild magic, something inside of her awakened. Now that she has power at her fingertips, she wants more of it, and it has led her to become a sometimes arrogant and incredibly stubborn person.

❝ WILD SHAPE. Because she is an ex-druid, even with her new life style, she has retained a couple of wild shapes, and that's her panther form and her celestial dragon. It's crazy to ever see a sorceress transform when she can't use her magic in her panther form, but it reminds her of home, and sometimes you just gotta stealth an opponent and go for the jugular. She is actually more than willing to explain it, so you just have to ask her.❝ TIDES OF CHAOS. Because of her standing with her people after a very involved endeavor, she was blessed by the Fey that they helped...but had no idea that that moment was going to change her whole life. Having that kind of power awoken inside of her, was exhilarating. However, her magic is not under her own control completely, and sometimes when she's casting higher powered spells, it has unforeseen consequences.❝ PERCEPTION ADVANTAGE. When it comes to fights and being aware of her surroundings, it is very hard to catch Eve off guard. Now, it's not impossible and she definitely can be surprised when it comes to social interactions, but she has been known to stop in the middle of what she's doing and get completely distracted by something she can see or hear or sense. She's also still getting used to how her powers manifest, so that's fun.

❝ Once upon a time... Eve was born in the High Forest to two loving parents. She was proceeded by her older brother, who thought it was his mission in life to teach her the ways of their people. Even when her younger sister was born a few years later, the three were thick as thieves. They are all very protective of forests and animals, and well versed in Druidic culture--and believe heavily in Silvanus, the Treefather. Her life in the forest was actually well spent, taking care of nature and their people, and learning all of her wildshapes, as she was born into a family of Druids. Their grove believed in a great many things, and she was somewhat of nobility there in a way...until everything changed.One day, a few Fey showed up and Eve found herself wanting to do whatever she could to help them out. Her and a group of their best went on a little mission, and when she came back victorious, she was approached with a proposition for payment. The Fey awakened a power inside of Eve that she didn't know existed, and it changed how she saw the world and her own future. She no longer felt like she was meant to simply be a Druid, and started to practice with her new magic...which started to mess with her wild shapes. More than that, she realized just how chaotic her magic was when she used it, as she seemed to get into trouble with much higher powered spells. While she seemed to be incredibly powerful, she definitely needed more practice.

Eve started to spend a lot more time out of the High Forest than she did before, getting a slightly better hang on her powers even though she still sometimes randomly summoned enemies, or took some of the damage that she inflicted on her opponents, which was definitely not what she wanted. She wanted to be in control of her powers, and perhaps on some level deep down, she also wanted to become much more powerful. Eve just didn't quite know how to do that other than learning more control. That was going to take a lot of time and she was ready for it, up until her entire existence was once again about to change forever.Eve, was abducted by Mind Flayers aboard a Nautilus. She had been minding her own business in the middle of a quest, when she was taken and stuck in one of those infernal pods. Actually, she remembers the insertion of the parasite quite vividly, quite aware that this excruciating event would eventually result in her dying and becoming a Mind Flayer herself. Still, once she got out of the pod, and started to explore the ship, she had high hopes that she could find a way to escape and then get this damned parasite out of her head. Eve met quite the characters on board the ship, and then even more once they managed to miraculously survive the crash and end up back in Faerun. But how long would all of this last?

Things seemed to be alright in the beginning, as Gale had pointed out that there were very specific stages of ceremorphosis and they should have been going through them, but something was different. It was a difference that Eve was more than willing to put her hopes into, and perhaps she was a little curious as to what would happen when her Dream Visitor told her to absorb the other tadpoles they found. It was just hard to picture trying to do that when they reminded her so much of the slugs that she didn't enjoy.Now, she's stuck having to figure out where to go from here, because even if she can control her powers, she's still got a damned tadpole in her head. None of her powers really mean anything if she'll just become a Mind Flayer. in the end. As much as Eve would love to have some kind of ultimate power, she wants it on her own terms, so she's going to have to figure out how to control that.

▍ ❝   MAIN VERSE.
Raised in the High Forest, Eve was raised in the wilderness, but also knew how to hold herself in high society thanks to her mother and her noble heritage. She was raised to love nature and to tend after animals and children, which she does with great care and grace. However, a battle that leaves her betrayed, and almost dead, ends in her saving the life of a Fey, who awoke a power slumbering inside of her. After embracing her newfound sorceress powers and no longer devoting her life to the ways of the Druids, Eve was abducted by Mind Flayers and infected with a Mind Flayer parasite. Now, not only does she have to contend with her own wild magic, but she had to figure out how to get the parasite out of her head. All while being tempted with promises of power around every corner. Now, she has to figure out what is the most important to her, as well as figure out what secrets to and not to spill.▍ ❝   PRE BALDUR'S GATE.
Eve spends the majority of her time in the High Forest tending to her Druid duties. However, she also spends a lot of her time practicing her wild magic, as she wants to have control of it. She reads a lot of books, practices a lot of spells, and still finds time to spend some time in her panther wild shape. While not exactly thrilled about outsides, she definitely is the friendly sort, and she really does just want to help.

▍ ❝   FANTASY VERSE.
While she didn't start her life out classified as a sorceress (she was born one), Eve 'became' one and has been very skilled with her magic since she became more acquainted with it. Her family spends their time in the forest, and she is expected to help to restore the High Forest to its former glory, but for now, all she wants to do is practice her magic and protect her family and friends. (Doubles with her Witcher verse where she is also a sorceress, and can still be her D&D Verse without the tadpole.)▍ ❝   MODERN VERSE.
Eve has been raised in luxury, an heiress on her mother's side even though her family spends a lot of their time out in the wilderness due to her father's job and inheritance, and she enjoys her work as a veterinarian. Her mother's family expects a lot out of her, and because of that, she knows how to carry herself. However, sparks of magic tend to make themselves known whenever she does spells, with sometimes disastrous effects even though most days she makes it look effortless, so she knows she has to get that under control, but she also feels an obligation to her family to restore their family name due to a deep shame several generations back. While she'd rather just focus on charity events and animals, Eve mostly just wants to figure out who she is on her own timetable. (There is still magic in this verse, but it can be requested that there not be.)

▍ ❝   DARK VERSE.
Heavily influenced by 'Tav' or her love interest that is doing less than favorable things, Eve snaps, welcoming the idea of becoming the Absolute. She hones her thunder abilities and finds her niche in shattering her enemy's bones, while delighting in the chaos of her magical surges. Her thirst for power increases, and while she is still incredibly protective, it becomes more possessive than lovingly intended. Where she goes from there, who knows?▍ ❝   VERSE SIX.
